Chef and co-owner Pascal is a dynamic Head Chef at the helm of the Abacus Kitchen. With over twenty years of hotel industry experience in more than a dozen countries (including France, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Dubai, Oman, Thailand, Malaysia and Myanmar) he takes pride in every dish under his direction. Pascal’s menu incorporates generously portioned modern European and Asian dishes.
